the thing about my office, food availability during office hours is pretty much mehhh. but comes night, there's this stall which have such awesom kuaytiau kungfu. probably laden with ajinomoto who knows. but whatever lah. hahahaha.

i got some good news last night, i feel like screaming to the world and announce it. but i've got to keep things low for now. only time will tell.

kinda ironic we even need a 'women's day'. ironic that only once a year we are more eager to demand changes for women. ironic after 101 years, we are still pretty much going no where in most matters.

but with the spirit of it all, happy women's day. and happy march 8 whatever. the date is symbolic. not only for IWD, but also 2008's GE. Speaking of which, I can't wait for the elections to be done and over with. it's soon. SOON.

last night, i teared up after listening to the accounts of the women detainees who were detained without trial during the 1960s and 1970s. i was upset. angry. touched. it's heartening to know how lousy our nation was since back then.

and tonight is the never-ending battle with the local public transportation system. you're living in the damn city, and yet you're still suffering. it's so darn ironic.
